Students from the ASPIRE Academy at Connolly Middle School will be showcasing STEM Project Based Learning (PBL) projects that they created in their PBL elective classes like Math Explorations and Electronics, as well as STEM exhibits that ASPIRE and Connolly 7th grade Honors Science students created as part of the AZ SciTech Festival's Geeks' Night Out Event. The Math Explorations PBL teacher along with several of her students would like to present on Origami and Polyhedra as part of N-Compass. They will be exhibiting completed 3D models of complex polyhedra and showing visitors how to construct their own 3D models. They will also be selling packets of paper and lights for guests who do not have materials at home.
